A bit about me

- Los angeles, California
- Finally at a weight I can deal with emotionally and manage with my CRAZY lifestyle and job I decided to start this blog to keep me motivated and share my achievements with fitness and eating tasty, healthy foods. I am hoping to loose 10 pounds the healthy way and will share how I get there. What I have found most successful is to eat a balanced meal 3 times a day, with the occasional snack in between. I enjoy going to the gym, taking classes like yoga and cardio funk, and most recently…RUNNING! I love it! Although I am not where I want to be distance wise, I have been inspired by all of you to continue running and one day run a marathon. Nutrition has become such a passion of mine that I have decided to go back to school to become a RD! I have never felt as happy thinking about studying in my life! I graduated from Film School in 2005 and have never gone to a “regular” college so this will be a long road! I have faith that my eagerness will get me through it all!
