Hello Blog World

Hello Everyone!! I am so excited to share my day with ya'll. This morning was a bit slow for me and not my usual regimen. I set the alarm for 7:15 because boyfriend did not have to go to set until 9am! and I am in between jobs as usual. So my plan was to wake and have a pre run snack then run for 48 min (6 more than yesterday) but my body was dragging so I had my snack of 2 Wasa whole wheat crackers with 1 tbsp reduced fat PB and a few raisins and a cup of coffee to get me going. But when boyfriend left the house I still was not myself so I popped in a Ball exercise DVD and did a 20 min ab and leg routine. burned about 60 kcal, not much so I'll consider this my "off day". haven't taken one of those in a while. Then got busy with packing 'cause (drum roll) I am leaving for Spain on Friday!!!! So excited, and a bit nervous about my meal planning since i will not be able to manage it as closely as I do here at home. But it is vacation so what the heck right gotta live?!? After mulling around the house it was time for real breakfast, even though I was not as hungry as i am when i return from my morning run I knew I needed a good start to my day or I would be in trouble by lunch. So i made stove top multi grain oats with 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/2 cup oats, 1 small banana chopped at bottom of bowl with sprinkle of sliced almonds and tbsp of Pumpkin butter YUMMY. so sweet and filling. On the side I had TJ's honey Greek 0% fat yogurt. Sorry no Pic:(
Lunch today was also quite good. I made a egg white sammie on a whole wheat English muffin with Tapatio to dip and a salad on the side. I also had some leftover butternut squash fries from fitnessista sooo good. Thanks for those they are the best! and some extra veggies from a bag.

Later I got a job for a half day of shopping! My job is to shop to decorate or style whatever needs decorating or styling, today it was searching for a periwinkle mid century modern couch for a photo shoot. Very stressful actually but once that was done it was din din time.

For dinner I made Lemon Herb Chicken with Rosemary Potatoes and Garlic Green Beans and some more veggies form the bag. It turned out wonderfully! I'll post the recipe soon.

Well I'm off to bed so I can wake and run for real tomorrow! Tomorrow I'll be posting my eating plan for Spain! G-Night-C

  7. Hey everyone, thank you so much for all your kind responses and warm welcomes. My job is very interesting; everyday is different and exciting for sure! I will post more about how I got involved in the film industry and tell you some of my experiences on set and behind the scenes. My main reason for going back to school is to further my knowledge and career opportunities. The industry is wonderful but not very secure and it is hard for me to plan ANYTHING! I hope you all continue to read and comment here!
